White Sage Stick – approx. 11cm
White sage has traditionally been used in cleansing and spiritual practices. Your sage stick is decorated with dried pink flowers and ribbon for a pretty natural finish.
Palo Santo Stick – approx. 10cm
Palo Santo, meaning “holy wood”, has traditionally been used in spiritual and cleansing practices. When burned, it produces a distinctive warm, woody aroma.
Selenite Stick – approx. 10cm
A natural crystal traditionally associated with clarity and cleansing within crystal practices. A lovely addition to a meditation space or crystal collection.

How to Use
Use the White Sage or Palo Santo as part of your own personal practice, burning a little at a time and safely storing the remainder to enjoy another day.
Important: Remove all dried flowers and ribbon from the White Sage before burning.
Always burn sage and Palo Santo on a suitable heat-resistant surface, use in a well-ventilated space and never leave burning or smouldering materials unattended. Keep away from children, pets and anything flammable.
Selenite does not need to be burned and can simply be kept alongside your crystals, displayed in your meditation space or enjoyed for its natural beauty.
