About this treatment
This deeply relaxing treatment combines a back massage with Reflexology to create a balanced experience of physical release and overall wellbeing.
The session begins with a back massage focusing on the back, shoulders, neck, and scalp. Using a combination of deeper tissue techniques and more soothing massage work, alongside essential oils, I work to release muscular tension, ease tightness, and improve circulation in areas where stress is commonly held.
Once the body is relaxed, the treatment transitions into Reflexology, where pressure is applied to specific points on the feet that correspond to different areas of the body. I work intuitively throughout, focusing on areas that feel congested or out of balance to support overall restoration and relaxation.
The treatment finishes with a calming foot massage to leave you feeling grounded and fully relaxed.
