About This Treatment
A relaxing combination of Back Massage and Reflexology, giving you time to enjoy focused massage of the upper body followed by a soothing reflexology treatment.
Your treatment begins with massage focusing on the back, neck and shoulders. I tailor the massage to you, adjusting the pressure and spending more time on particular areas depending on your consultation and how your body feels on the day.
You’ll then settle back for your Reflexology treatment. I work across the reflex points of both feet, tailoring the treatment to you and spending additional time on areas that would benefit from a little more attention.
The session finishes with a soothing foot massage, completing an unhurried treatment with plenty of time to switch off, slow down and enjoy a little time for yourself.
