Indian Head Massage

About This Treatment

Indian Head Massage is a wonderfully relaxing seated treatment focusing on the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face — perfect if you enjoy massage but don’t necessarily want a full-body treatment.

I am trained in Champissage, a traditional form of Indian Head Massage with roots in Ayurvedic practice. The treatment uses a combination of massage techniques including kneading, compression and rhythmic movements, together with carefully selected essential oils.

The 30-minute treatment gives plenty of time to work across the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face, while the 40-minute Extended Indian Head Massage allows a little more time to work slowly and spend longer on the areas that need it most.

Treatments are individually tailored, so I can adapt the pressure and focus depending on what feels right for you.

Treatment Options

30-Minute Indian Head Massage — £45
A relaxing treatment focusing on the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face.

40-Minute Extended Indian Head Massage — £55
A longer treatment with extra time to focus on the areas that would benefit from more attention.

I think this is better than trying to invent extra things for the 40-minute version. It’s simply ten more minutes of a treatment they already enjoy, which is exactly what “Extended” communicates.
