About This Treatment
A focused massage for the back, neck and shoulders, giving you time to switch off while I concentrate on the areas that feel most in need of attention.
Rather than following exactly the same routine each time, I tailor your massage to you, adjusting the pressure and spending more time on particular areas depending on your consultation and how your body feels on the day.
I use a combination of flowing massage movements, deeper work where appropriate and gentle lymphatic techniques, together with carefully selected essential oils.
The 30-minute Back Massage focuses on the back, neck and shoulders, while the 40-minute Extended Back Massage allows more time to focus on these areas, with scalp massage included where appropriate.
