Palo Santo, meaning “holy wood”, has traditionally been used in cleansing and spiritual practices. When burned, it releases a warm, distinctive woody aroma, making it a lovely addition to moments of meditation, reflection or mindful self-care.

Palo Santo can be used a little at a time, so there is no need to burn a whole stick in one go. Light the end briefly, allow it to catch, then blow out the flame and let the stick smoulder. Once finished, extinguish safely and allow it to cool completely before storing.
