Relax tired and overworked muscles after a stressful day with this blend of warming Marjoram, calming Lavender, stimulating Rosemary and soothing Cypress whilst cleansing the skin.

What makes this bath foam so good?:

Lavender - is a sedative and calming oil so treats stress, irritability, anxiety, restlessness and nervous tension.

Rosemary - is a cephalic oil so can help increase alertness so ideal for mental strain and fatigue. It also increases circulation, relieves muscle pain and helps to reduce joint inflammation

Marjoram - is a nerve and heart tonic so improves circulation and blood flow to tight muscles and eases nerve pain. Also beneficial for the relief of tension headaches.

Cypress - is energising and toning to the skin as well as being calming and soothing to your emotions.

Directions for use: pour generously under warm running water, swirl to disperse, inhale the aromatherapeutic blend and relax.
