Mineral rich Epsom Sea Salts infused with a detoxing essential oil blend of Juniper, Black Pepper and Geranium.

What makes these so good?:

Epsom Sea Salts - are easily absorbed into the skin and contain high levels of magnesium which relieve stress and give a feeling of rejuvenation. These salts help to reduce inflammation and improve circulation in tired, sore and weary muscles and joints. The magnesium in the salts also help to relieve anxiety, stress and restlessness.

Juniper - is the best oil for cleansing the kidneys so is a great diuretic oil.

Black Pepper - improves circulation, stimulates the digestive system as well as being a very grounding oil emotionally.

Geranium - cleanses the lymphatic system, oxygenates tissue, promotes circulation and is a very balancing oil both physically and emotionally.

Directions for use: put a generous handful or two in a bath, swirl to disperse, then relax and detox. Allow the salts to work their magic whilst inhaling the therapeutic essential oils for both body and mind.
