Essential Oil Trio Gift Set
A perfect little gift to create a sense of calm and well-being for anyone that is feeling stressed, anxious or lethargic and wish to create an aromatic space to find their inner calm. As a practicing Aromatherapist for over 24 years, people often ask me what are my favourite oils to burn in a diffuser. As well as my essential oil blends, I also like to burn single essential oils. Despite the huge range of essential oils I love and use on a daily basis, coming up with a trio for this gift set was surprisingly very easy. I hope you love them as much as I do.
The most common way to use essential oils is to inhale them, both for their amazing scent and their therapeutic properties. They can also be used in diffusers and humidifiers, as well as diluted with a carrier oil and applied to the skin. When putting them in the bath it is best to put them in a carrier oil too.

Lavender (Relaxing and Soothing) - there is a very good reason why Lavender is the most popular and well loved essential oil. It is one of the best oils for treating stress, irritability, anxiety, restlessness and nervous tension. It is an amazing sedative oil so is ideal for treating insomnia so the perfect oil to burn in the evening before bed.
Rosemary (Stimulating and Energising) - the energising blend of Rosemary is the perfect essential oil to sharpen your mind and bring clarity of thought so ideal to use when a clear, balanced mind is needed whilst studying or working. It is a great cephalic oil so is good for the brain and helps focus, aid concentration and improve memory. This oil is ideal for creating an energising and uplifting space. Rosemary also works as an expectorant when inhaled so is good for respiratory infections from a cough or a cold and can help ease asthma and allergies.
May Chang (Uplifting and Calming) - commonly known as the oil of tranquility with its powerful promotion of physical relaxation and mental calm. It's refreshing, stimulating and uplifting nature is good for relieving symptoms of fatigue and lethargy and particularly good for anyone suffering from work related stress or an inability to switch off. This is definitely one of my favourite oils to burn as it creates a happy 'feel good' ambience.
This gift comes in a chiffon drawstring bag and is then placed in an ivory gift box lined with tissue paper. The box measures 11 x 7 x 2.5cm.
